Here we get to know you. We start by meeting you to build a real understanding of your aims and objectives. This is the start of a very trusting relationship between us both.
Searching
We research thoroughly. Houses and apartments that look perfect in a photograph can turn out to be wholly unsuitable. Evaluation

Where it all began
Andrew and Natalina’s journey began in Sydney where they owned a successful hairdressing salon. However, despite their achievements, they were sacrificing essential things like spending time with family and maintaining a work-life balance.
It was then when Andrew got a job offer from a digital marketing agency specializing in hair and beauty salons. The catch was that the job was based on the Gold Coast, and he had to relocate in two weeks.
Andrew’s bold decision to take up the job offer and move to the Gold Coast paid off. Within six months, they found the perfect buyer for their salon, and Natalina joined Andrew on the Gold Coast.
The Transition!
Andrew’s passion for the property market grew stronger after he moved to the Gold Coast. He was fascinated by the real estate industry and spent a lot of his free time researching and analyzing the market trends. He knew that he would soon need to purchase a new family home, and this gave him an opportunity to put his knowledge to use.

For Andrew and Natalina, that moment came on Australia Day when they were chatting with a mutual friend who had recently purchased a property. After comparing the market, the two properties, purchase experience, and prices, they discovered that their friend had overpaid and had been taken for a ride.
Their friend had become frustrated with the process of making offers, losing at auctions, and attending countless home inspections. He eventually made a ludicrous offer on the property, which the vendor accepted. This story inspired Andrew and Natalina to become professional buyers agents and help people avoid similar mistakes.
